Their 1st mini-album, ‘BABYMONS7ER’, is set to be released on April 1 at midnight KST.

On December 30, 2022, YG Entertainment released a teaser poster announcing their plans to debut a new girl group.
At the beginning of next year, more precisely on January 1, 2023, through a YouTube video titled “YG NEXT MOVEMENT,” the group name was confirmed to be BABYMONSTER.
In the same video, Ahyeon could be seen practicing, seemingly confirming her status as a member of the group.
On January 16, she was introduced through a live performance as the second member of BABYMONSTER. They officially made their debut on November 27, 2023, with the digital single “Batter Up”.
On November 15, it was announced that Ahyeon recently left BABYMONSTER due to health reasons.
However, it was later confirmed that she will remain a member of the group and will not participate in debut activities due to health reasons.
On January 25, 2024, YG announced that she will be debuting with BABYMONSTER with their first mini-album BABYMONS7ER on April 1.
