On May 7, Chen brought joy to fans with the revelation of his upcoming fourth mini album titled “DOOR,” scheduled for release on May 28.

This exciting announcement arrives a year and a half following his last mini album, “Last Scene.”

Chen (첸) is a versatile South Korean artist known for his roles as a singer, lyricist, and actor under 1&B 100. He gained prominence as a member of the renowned boy group EXO, contributing to its sub-units EXO-M and EXO-CBX, as well as the project ballad group S.M. THE BALLAD.

His solo journey commenced on April 1, 2019, with the release of his debut mini album “April, and a Flower.”

In a significant development on January 7, it was revealed that Chen, alongside fellow bandmates Xiumin and Baekhyun, would be pursuing solo endeavors and continuing EXO-CBX activities under the newly-founded agency, 1&B 100, led by Baekhyun. Notably, despite their solo pursuits, the trio remains integral members of EXO.
