K-pop group HIGHLIGHT has achieved a significant career milestone with their latest mini-album From Real to Surreal.
Released on April 28, 2025, the album, featuring the title track “Chains,” has broken HIGHLIGHT’s first-week sales record, surpassing 100,000 copies sold.
According to Hanteo Chart, the album sold an impressive 106,195 copies during its first week (April 28 to May 4), marking the highest first-week sales in the group’s history.
This record-breaking achievement eclipses their previous high of 86,418 first-week sales set by their 2022 mini-album AFTER SUNSET.

From Real to Surreal becomes HIGHLIGHT’s very first album to surpass 100,000 first-week sales, cementing their place in K-pop history.
In addition to their success in music, HIGHLIGHT’s Son Dongwoon is also currently showcasing his acting skills in the drama Today’s Webtoon, available on Viki.
Congratulations to HIGHLIGHT on this impressive achievement, and we look forward to more success from the group!
