Ahead of her highly anticipated comeback, HyunA opened up about her intense fitness routine during her appearance on MBC FM4U’s ‘Noon’s Hope Song with Kim Shin Young’ on May 7.
The singer revealed that she’s been focusing heavily on exercise to get in shape for her return to the spotlight.
She explained that she works out with her trainer for an hour a day and then walks for about six hours.
She even commented on the latest innovations in running shoes, mentioning how great they are for her routine.

When asked about her least favorite exercises, HyunA admitted that leg workouts, especially using squat machines, are the toughest for her and sometimes even make her feel nauseous.

HyunA also shared insights into her eating habits, explaining that she’s trying to lose weight and focuses on eating as little as possible while prioritizing her fitness routine.
