TWICE has officially returned to the Japanese music scene with their highly anticipated fifth best-of album, ‘#TWICE5’, released at midnight (JST) on May 14.

This marks their first Japanese best album in over three years, following the release of #TWICE4 in March 2022. The album compiles Japanese versions of fan-favorite hits such as:

  • “Talk that Talk”
  • “SET ME FREE”
  • “ONE SPARK”

The #TWICE series has consistently celebrated the group’s bilingual success, and #TWICE5 continues that tradition with a polished lineup of their most iconic tracks, tailored for Japanese audiences.

Since debuting in Japan in June 2017, TWICE has become a dominant force, selling over 20 million albums across Korea and Japan.

In July 2024, they made history as the first overseas female act to perform at Nissan Stadium, a highlight of their 5th world tour, which attracted over 1.5 million fans globally.

The group’s impact in Japan also extends to their first sub-unit, MISAMO, who debuted in July 2023 and will become the fastest female act to perform at the Tokyo Dome, scheduled for January 2025.

TWICE’s global momentum is still going strong, with a major appearance coming up: the group is slated to headline Lollapalooza Chicago on August 2 at Grant Park—an achievement that reinforces their international star power.

Fans can now stream #TWICE5 and celebrate another milestone in TWICE’s continually evolving global journey.
