EXID’s Hani has shared a heartfelt glimpse into her journey of finding calm and self-kindness through yoga.

After postponing her wedding to psychiatrist Yang Jae Woong—due to controversy following a patient’s death at his clinic—Hani has been focusing on healing.

On May 22, she posted photos of herself practicing yoga, captioned:

“Just do as much as you can. That phrase felt so comforting, it made me fall in love with yoga.”

She emphasized that yoga is more about doing what she can and learning to be gentle with herself rather than perfection.

Hani had stepped back from public activities after a patient at Yang’s clinic died last year, leading to speculation and the indefinite postponement of their wedding.

Her honest words and serene photos have been met with much support from fans as she takes time to focus on her mental and emotional well-being.
