The temporary safety fence near the seating area collapsed, causing several people to fall.
The three injured fans were immediately taken to the hospital, where medical staff reported sprains and bruises. They are expected to need approximately two weeks to recover. Ryeowook, who witnessed the accident, appeared visibly distressed and was reportedly unable to participate in the ending stage. Footage of the moment circulated online, raising concern among viewers and fans.
SM Entertainment issued a formal apology, stating, “We sincerely apologize to those who were affected and their families,” and pledged full support for the injured, promising to ensure their recovery.
