EXO is set to make a major return on January 19, 2026, with the release of their eighth full-length album REVERXE, marking their first full-group comeback in more than two years. The nine-track album will be released at 6 PM KST across major music platforms, followed by a special comeback showcase at 7:30 PM KST at Kyung Hee University Peace Hall, where fans will celebrate the group’s long-awaited reunion.
The showcase will feature live performances of songs from the new album, including the lead single “Back It Up,” along with behind-the-scenes stories about the production process and preparations for the comeback. Anticipation has already grown following the song’s debut performance at the Melon Music Awards 2025 on December 20, where EXO delivered a large-scale stage alongside 40 dancers.

“Back It Up” stands out for its bold synth-brass sound, heavy 808 bass, and dynamic beat changes, carrying a message about overcoming darkness and rising stronger. During the awards show, the group also performed a medley of their iconic hits, including “Monster,” “The Eve,” “Love Shot,” and “Growl,” reigniting excitement among longtime fans.
With REVERXE already available for pre-order both online and offline, the comeback represents a significant milestone for EXO. The release not only signals the group’s return to full promotions but also reinforces their enduring influence and legacy within the K-pop industry as they reconnect with audiences worldwide.
