Reports suggest her academic path will lead her to pursue a major in Media Acting at Konkuk University’s College of Arts and Design.
In 2022, Kim Garam faced a school violence controversy coinciding with her debut with Leserafim. Her agency, Sos Music, initially attributed the issues to her early middle school days while forming friendships.
However, subsequent revelations of documents about Kim Garam’s school violence punishment resulted in the suspension of her activities and eventual withdrawal from the group.
Following the termination of her contract with the agency, Kim Garam took to social media to clarify her position, stating, “I have never hit or been violent to anyone, not even once. I have never been forcibly transferred to another school. I have never smoked or consumed alcohol.”
