KISS OF LIFE has officially returned to dominate the summer music scene with the release of their third single, “SWEAT.”

Arriving on August 4, 2026, at 6 p.m. KST, the new single showcases the four-member group’s signature confidence, vibrant stage presence, and evolving musical depth as they build upon their growing legacy as K-pop’s premier “summer queens.”

“KISS OF LIFE release third single ‘SWEAT’ with vibrant summer energy.”

The comeback marks a direct follow-up to their previous seasonal success, taking the refreshing mood of their past hits and infusing it with a hotter, more intense energy designed for scorching summer days.

Afro House Rhythms and Meaningful Messages

The title track “SWEAT” combines electronic pop, Afro house, and Latin rhythms to create a driving, danceable anthem.

However, behind the energetic beat lies a message centered on inner strength, self-acceptance, and unyielding effort.

“The third single ‘SWEAT’ is an album conveying the message that one does not need to prove inner efforts and anxieties to others.”

Speaking on the theme, member Belle shared her perspective on the project’s deeper meaning:

“If ‘Sticky’ showed a hot and refreshing summer, this time I wanted to put a story inside. I interpreted the word ‘sweat’ not simply as heat but as traces of effort.”

Julie echoed this sentiment regarding their growth as performers:

“While ‘Sticky’ showed a confident side, this time I wanted to show the effort and growth behind it as well.”

B-Side “WHAT!” and Hands-On Creative Input

Alongside the main single, the release includes the B-side track “WHAT!”, a house-genre song featuring a pluck synth sound and an intuitive progression.

The track reflects the group’s firm confidence, remaining unbothered by outside skepticism or judgment.

The members took a significantly more active role in selecting and shaping the music for this release.

Belle personally sought out tracks from outside producers to ensure the sound fit the team’s vision perfectly, while Natty and Haneul highlighted that the performance features catchy, accessible choreography:

“I wanted to create a stage that everyone can enjoy together,” Natty shared, with Haneul adding, “There are many choreographies that you can follow right after watching.”

With “SWEAT,” KISS OF LIFE continues to solidify their position in the industry, delivering high-octane music while honoring the hard work and dedication behind their art.
