Fans of MYTEEN are in for a special treat as former members of the group are set to reunite after five years at Lee Taevin’s upcoming solo fan meeting. Lee Taevin, who announced his solo fan meeting “PIT-A-PAT (Tab in you) in Seoul” on May 11, will be joined by his fellow MYTEEN members for a mini-reunion during the event.
Previously, Lee Taevin had hinted at surprises for his fan meeting, generating excitement among fans. IOK Company, Taevin’s label, recently confirmed that MYTEEN will participate as guests, sparking joy and nostalgia among fans of the group.
MYTEEN, which debuted in 2017 under MusicWorks, comprised Lee Taevin, Chunjin, Eunsu, Kookheon, Shin Junseop, Song Yuvin, and Han Seul. The group gained recognition for songs like “Amazing” and “SHE BAD,” amassing a dedicated fanbase during their active years. Unfortunately, Lee Taevin departed from the group in 2018 to focus on his acting career, signaling changes for MYTEEN’s future.
Despite member departures and transitions, MYTEEN continued to attract support, especially after Kookheon and Yuvin’s participation in Mnet’s “Produce X 101.” However, in 2019, the group disbanded following leader Eunsu’s announcement on Instagram, leaving fans disheartened.
Since then, MYTEEN members pursued individual paths, with Lee Taevin and Shin Junseop venturing into acting while Kookheon and Yuvin pursued solo careers. Chunjin, Eunsu, and Han Seul opted for private lives away from the spotlight.
The upcoming reunion at Lee Taevin’s fan meeting has stirred emotions among fans, offering an opportunity to reminisce about MYTEEN’s memorable journey together. International fans can also join the celebration as the fan meeting will be broadcast live through Hellolive TV.
Lee Taevin’s success in acting, particularly in dramas like “Penthouse,” has showcased his versatility beyond music. His foray into BL dramas has further solidified his fame as the main lead of “Love for Love’s Sake” making him a recognizable figure in the industry post-MYTEEN.
