The original poster (OP) intended to compliment NingNing’s beauty with the title, “Seriously, NingNing is Now aespa’s Visual.” However, the post led to a debate about the necessity of comparing aespa members’ looks.
Many commenters chimed in, sharing their opinions on which aespa member they found most attractive. In response to the backlash, the OP clarified that the post was meant to appreciate NingNing’s visuals and not to disparage other members.
“I didn’t mean to slam anyone, but I wrote it to mean that NingNing has become just as pretty,” the OP explained. This sparked further discussion among international fans, known as MYs, who argued that all four members of aespa are equally visually stunning, making comparisons unnecessary.
Amidst the discussions about her visuals, NingNing’s health became a topic of concern. On June 2, SM Entertainment announced that NingNing had shown symptoms of dehydration and exhaustion during practice, necessitating medical attention.
Due to her condition, NingNing was unable to participate in the “K-Wave Concert Inkigayo.”
“During practice, NingNing felt signs of dehydration and exhaustion, which led her to receive medical attention at the hospital,” SM Entertainment stated. “Medical staff has advised her to rest and recover.”
The agency apologized to fans for NingNing’s absence from the event, expressing their concern for her well-being and the importance of her recovery.
