Actress and former Apink member Son Na-eun personally addressed the ongoing speculation surrounding her absence from bandmate Yoon Bo-mi’s wedding.
Speaking to reporters during a finale interview on July 30, 2026, for her SBS Friday-Saturday drama Mr. Kim, Na-eun clarified the circumstances regarding her schedule and put to rest lingering rumors of friction between her and her former group members.
Her candid response provided fans with clarity regarding her current career priorities and her unchanged bond with Apink.
Addressing the public curiosity directly, Son Na-eun explained that her absence from the May event was caused strictly by demanding filming commitments and prior professional obligations that coincided with the ceremony:
“It was the final stretch of filming at the time. I also had other schedules.”
She further emphasized that despite her inability to attend in person, her deep appreciation for her time in the group and her affectionate support for the members remain completely intact:
“Apink is a team I worked with for a long time, and it gave/ gave me memories from my teens and 20s.
If something good happens, I want to support and celebrate it. My feelings of support as a fan have not changed.”
