On May 9, Jellyfish Entertainment announced that VERIVERY members Dongheon, Gyehyeon, and Kangmin will be temporarily stepping back from group activities starting May 11 due to “unreleased personal schedules.”

While the agency did not disclose further details regarding the nature of these schedules, they addressed fans directly, saying,

“We apologize for any concerns that we may have caused to VERRER [VERIVERY’s official fandom] with the sudden news, and ask for your understanding.”

This development comes at a time when the group has already faced multiple activity pauses in recent months, including health-related breaks taken by other members like Hoyoung and Yeonho.

Despite the challenges, the remaining members are expected to continue with upcoming group plans.

Jellyfish Entertainment concluded the statement by expressing gratitude for fans’ continued support and love for VERIVERY.

As the reasons behind the hiatus remain private, fans are sending messages of encouragement and hoping for the members’ swift and positive return to activities.
