The rapidly rising rookie boy group AHOF has officially kicked off the countdown for their highly anticipated summer comeback cycle.

On June 8, 2026, the South Korean entertainment news platform Soompi reported that the multinational group- formed through SBS’s audition survival program Universe League- announced their plans to drop a brand-new pre-release digital track titled “Sugar High.”

The announcement has set off intense excitement across global fan communities, as it formally marks the beginning of the group’s first extensive studio rollout in nearly eight months.

Transitioning From Concert Exclusive to Official Track

According to an official press release distributed by the group’s management agency, F&F Entertainment, “Sugar High” will be made available worldwide on various online music streaming platforms on June 12, 2026, at 6 p.m. KST.

The digital single serves as a tactical prelude to the group’s upcoming third mini-album, which is locked in for a full commercial release later in July.

The announcement carries extra weight for the group’s dedicated fanbase because “Sugar High” had already gained somewhat legendary status within the community prior to its studio confirmation.

The nine-member ensemble consisting of Steven, Seo Jeong-woo, Cha Woong-ki, Zhang Shuaibo, Park Han, JL, Park Joo-won, Zuen, and Daisuke surprised audiences by executing a surprise live performance of the unreleased track during the Seoul stop of their first-ever Asia Tour.

Fans were instantly electrified by the song’s signature heavy bassline and a distinctly “dark, mature charm” that deviated from some of their earlier energetic teenage concepts.

The overwhelming demand for a clean studio version directly influenced the agency’s decision to utilize the track as the official spearhead for their summer promotional campaign.

Amazing Visual Concepts and Rocketing Rookie Milestones

Accompanying the midnight announcement, F&F Entertainment revealed a striking teaser poster for “Sugar High” that quickly circulated across major social platforms.

The promotional graphic utilizes a stark, minimalist visual language, featuring a clean white backdrop that clashes sharply with a bold, blood-red title logo.

The imagery features sensory depictions of fine red powder scattering wildly across the frame, designed to evoke the feeling of a sweet yet lethal energy spreading through the atmosphere.

The conceptual branding hints at a deeply dramatic, intense musical and narrative identity for the song, leaving global listeners highly intrigued about the underlying lore.

The massive scale of this comeback aligns with AHOF’s record-breaking trajectory since stepping into the industry.

Having formally debuted in July 2025 with their ambitious introductory extended play WHO WE ARE, the group has demonstrated incredibly vertical growth metrics.

Despite being active for less than a single calendar year, the group has managed to sweep an impressive total of 12 distinct trophies at major domestic and international music award ceremonies.

Their sophomore project, The Passage, released in November of last year, further solidified their standing as “global sensations,” laying the groundwork for their currently ongoing, multi-city Asian tour circuit.

  • From the Creative Team: The conceptual journey of AHOF explores the transition of “incomplete youth” who clumsily charge forward into a “hardened youth” that grows stronger through environmental hardships- a narrative thread that will deeply tie into the upcoming July mini-album.
