TS Entertainment has officially filed an appeal against rapper Sleepy, citing issues related to unfair profit sharing.

The label lost a lawsuit against Sleepy in October 2021, claiming he violated his exclusive contract by hiding broadcast income and advertisement fees. TS Entertainment sought 280 million won (USD 202,903.71) in damages.

On July 11, TS Entertainment announced they would appeal the court’s decision. The label reiterated accusations that Sleepy took unfair profits through unauthorized event promotions, social media advertising, and more.
