NCT members Doyoung and Jungwoo have officially begun their military service, receiving warm support from fellow members as they enlisted.
Earlier in October, SM Entertainment confirmed that both artists would enlist on December 8. According to the announcement, Doyoung would begin his service as an active-duty soldier in the Army, while Jungwoo would serve in the Army Band.
On the day of their enlistment, several NCT members gathered at the respective enlistment locations to send them off. Photos taken at the sites captured touching moments between the members as they showed their encouragement and support.
Johnny and Haechan were present to see off Doyoung, posing together with him while giving thumbs-up signs. The cheerful photos reflected the close bond between the members as they gathered to wish him well before beginning his service.
Meanwhile, Taeyong, Chenle, and Mark were there to accompany Jungwoo as he prepared to enlist. The members shared bright smiles in the photos, creating a warm and supportive atmosphere on the important day.
Both Doyoung and Jungwoo appeared with newly shaved buzz cuts, marking the start of their military service. In another set of photos, the two members each posed by forming half of a heart with their hands. When the photos are placed together, the gesture creates one complete heart, symbolizing their friendship and connection even as they begin this new chapter.
Fans have been expressing their encouragement and support as the two artists begin their military service, wishing them a safe and healthy enlistment period until their eventual return.
