Hoshi, a member of the K-pop group Seventeen, recently made a significant real estate investment. He purchased an apartment in ‘Brighton N40,’ located in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

The transaction was completed in July last year, with Hoshi paying approximately 5.086 billion KRW (around 3.75 million USD).

The registration was finalized according to records from the Supreme Court Registry Office on the 27th.

It appears Hoshi purchased the apartment outright, as there’s no mortgage registered on the property.

Interestingly, the apartment, spanning 149 square meters, is also owned by broadcaster Yoo Jae Suk and actress Han Hyo-joo. Hoshi stands out as the youngest owner among those who’ve completed ownership transfers from the Brighton N40 developer.
