The man indicted for breaking into actress Nana’s home has publicly denied the charges. Prosecutors allege that on November 15 last year, Kim unlawfully entered Nana’s residence armed with a weapon, threatened Nana and her mother, demanded money, and caused injuries.
In response, Kim’s attorney claimed that he entered the home believing it was empty and only intended to steal. The defense further stated that Kim did not possess a weapon and was “unilaterally beaten” during the incident. Kim himself added that the alleged weapon belonged to the victims, insisting that his actions were driven by financial difficulties rather than any intent to extort or threaten. He has requested the court to examine fingerprints on the weapon to clarify ownership.
The court has accepted the request to summon Nana and her mother as witnesses, with the trial scheduled to begin on March 10.

Netizens Condemn Intruder’s Denial, Express Outrage Over Home Invasion Defense
The intruder’s claims sparked outrage online, with netizens criticizing both his denial and his attempt to portray himself as a victim. Comments expressed disbelief that someone could justify breaking into another person’s home, stating, “You broke into someone’s house, who cares if you get beaten?” and “Such an irrational person. He broke the law, trespassed, and threatened someone with a weapon.” Others questioned the logic behind his statements, highlighting frustration at the perceived audacity of his defense.
The case continues to draw public attention due to Nana’s prominence and the serious nature of the charges, with social media responses underscoring widespread support for the actress and condemnation of the intruder’s actions.
