BLACKPINK’s Jennie has achieved a significant milestone in the United Kingdom’s music industry! According to the BPI’s certification thresholds, singles receive a silver certification after selling 200,000 units, whereas albums achieve silver certification after selling 60,000 units.

She has secured her place in history as the first female K-pop soloist to attain a silver certification for a single in the United Kingdom.

She joins the ranks of only two other Korean solo artists, PSY and BTS’s Jungkook, in achieving this milestone.
