QWER’s drummer, Chodan, will be taking a temporary break from her promotional and performance activities following a knee injury that has caused her persistent pain.

On June 11 KST, both 3Y Corporation and Prism Filter released an official statement confirming that Chodan had been advised by medical professionals to rest and focus on recovery to prevent further complications.

Due to this decision, Chodan will be sitting out of several upcoming events, including highly anticipated performances at the ‘Busan One Asia Festival,’ ‘Beautiful Mint Life 2025,’ and the ‘FUBON Guardians G-Pop’ festival.

This news comes shortly after QWER’s recent release of their third mini album titled In a Million Noises, I’ll Be Your Harmony, which features the title track “Dear,” receiving attention for its unique sound and emotional depth.

Despite Chodan’s temporary absence, the group continues to maintain momentum in their music career while fans send well-wishes for her swift recovery.

Chodan’s role as the drummer is key to QWER’s signature energy and sound, making this hiatus a significant pause in the group’s activities.

Fans and the industry alike are hopeful that Chodan will take the necessary time to heal fully and return stronger, as her health and well-being remain the top priority.

The agencies involved have assured supporters that updates will be provided as her condition improves, and they appreciate everyone’s understanding during this time.

Meanwhile, QWER continues to uphold their growing presence in the music scene and has recently been chosen as the new face of Woori Bank’s ‘Teen Teen Card QWER Edition’ campaign, signaling their rising influence despite this temporary setback.
